COVER EACH TOP OF PEPPER WITH REMAINDER OF KETCHUP. POUR WATER &VINEGAR IN BOTTOM OF COOKING UTENCIL. PLACE IN OVEN 350 DEG FOR ONE HOUR. LET COOL INSIDE OVEN
